“I started the sessions at an interesting transitional period of my life and career, where there were a lot of moving parts. The sessions really helped me gain clarity in what was important to me, and the direction that I wanted to take.
Kimberley and the coaching programme were brilliant, and I really appreciated how we worked to get a positive tangible outcome out of each session. Kimberley helped me cut through the noise of life and work and help target what I wanted from it. The sessions were often tough but that’s what I needed.”

Coaching through change or transition

Are you in a place where you’re not really feeling life but just repeatedly performing it? What would your life be like if you moved from autopilot to pilot, from doing to being, from the shoulds’ to the I want, or even I wish?

The pace of life and the kaleidoscope of changes it brings can be fierce and unrelenting. When do you have the time to step off the treadmill, zoom out with the support of a trusted thought partner and take a wide angled lens to get clarity on both your short and long term goals, your values and your long term vision?

COACHING TO ACHIEVE YOUR PASSION, PURPOSE AND POTENTIAL

In coaching you have the opportunity to take stock, reflect, revaluate and consider your unique talents and personal resources. Realise what your passion and purpose actually is and release your potential to make it happen. Stop the road blocks getting in the way, both external and internal, and get back in the driver’s seat to create the life and fulfilment that you actually want.

If you’re at a crossroads, lacking clarity and confidence, or just have a niggling voice at the back of your mind lending a vague sense of unease that things aren’t quite as good as they could be -  then you will benefit from the support, championing, accountability and momentum that a coaching partnership brings.  And with it, the increased sense of agency, empowerment and control that having clarity and creating a future road map for yourself brings.

Some of the topics clients come to a coaching partnership are:

Career Coaching

  • Career change or promotion into leadership role

  • Increasing confidence, emotional resilience and defining personal brand

  • Managing new teams and non-intact team dynamics

  • Career transitions: career change, redundancy, maternity break, recovery from burn out

  • Assimilation in a foreign work culture

Personal Development coaching

  • Managing conflict or crisis, handling relationships more effectively personal and professional

  • Managing stress levels and work/life balance when feeling overburdened

  • A sense of apathy-wanting to feel more ‘in control’ and have a thought partner to support and champion you to getting back in the drivers’ seat

  • Endings- both personal and professional

  • Identifying blockers to success and overcoming them

Coaching Progammes

It is recommended to start with a programme of 6 sessions over a 4-6 month period to release real traction and implement sustainable change. Standard sessions range from 60-90 minutes depending on client preference

Where coaching takes place

Coaching sessions can take place in an appropriate space as agreed with the client. The sessions can take place either over the phone, Skype, zoom or can be face-to- face at the office. During Covid 19 all sessions are held on zoom.

“Life is a series of experiences, each one of which makes us bigger, even though it is hard to realize this. For the world was built to develop character and we must learn that the setbacks and griefs which we endure help us out in marching onward.”
— Henry Ford
